If inspired, we find ways to clear roadblocks.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders must <strong>be optimistic<\/strong>. Lift up our spirits and we\u2019ll work even harder.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders must <strong>have integrity<\/strong>. If we believe our leader is fair, we have faith in him or her and move forward confidently.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders must <strong>be supportive<\/strong>. If we feel supported, we are more apt to take risks and seek challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders must <strong>be confident<\/strong>.
