Relevant Accomplishments:

LMJA designed, developed and staffed a full-service, state-of-the-art university career center that provided career services for the adult learner. Services provided included helping students devise career and networking strategies; providing career assessments and feedback; providing a variety of leadership development seminars; helping students to develop effective resumes and networking skills; helping students gain employment and helping them identify academic programs. 

LMJA provided full career transitional services for downsized AT&T employees located along the east coast. Services included providing a variety of career and life skill assessments to help prepare employees for transition and locating new employment and helping employees craft a post-retirement strategy. Services were provided at the client’s DC; Richmond and Oakton, VA; and Silver Spring and Baltimore, MD locations.   

Provided career transitional counseling for State Department employees at FSI and Headquarters. Services included resume preparation and development; interviewing and networking skills; developing successful career strategies; providing video-taping of interviewing sessions and facilitating career strategy seminars.
