Building Resilience in Times of Uncertainty

During significant changes or uncertainty, it may seem that much is beyond our control. This course will assess your resilience in three areas, offer tips on building resilience, and help you identify what you can control, cannot control, and can influence during uncertain times. Participants will leave with a comprehensive work-life balance plan.
    In this course, you will:
  • Define the concept of resilience
  • Assess your current resilience skill level across three distinct areas
  • Learn and practice techniques to build your resilience daily
  • Identify and manage what you CAN control, what you CAN’T control and what you can INFLUENCE
  • Create a comprehensive work-life balance strategy to effectively manage stress
  • Prior to attending this session, participants will complete a resilience assessment and receive a personalized report.

What lies ahead for you? While many individuals plan for their financial needs, they often neglect to plan for their time. This course aims to assist you in developing a proactive plan for a meaningful post-retirement life, grounded in your values, strengths, and experiences. The objective is to create a plan that will lead to happiness and fulfillment.
    By the end, you'll have:
  • A greater awareness of who you are and what you require to spend your time intentionally
  • Clarity on the value you can bring to other areas of your life
  • An understanding of how to use your skills, values and life experiences to create a fulfilling life after retirement
  • A high-level goal and initial steps for a purposeful retirement
